The ceremony room is licensed for 100 guests. The main function room can seat a wedding breakfast for up to 120.
The room can be accessed the morning of the wedding breakfast. Any table decorations such as favours, table plan, name cards etc can be dropped off the day before and stored at the Club. All fresh decorations should ideally be delivered on the day.
We are sorry but we do not have the catering facilities to correctly store a wedding cake. It is up to the supplier to deliver and assemble the cake on the morning of the wedding.
We have beautiful grounds for photographs. We would encourage any photographers to visit the site prior to the big day to get an idea and feel for the setting.
We are happy for you to use the surrounding of the golf course for photo opportunities, with care taken for golf play.
We require a £1000 non refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. This will be taken off your final bill. Please note that we do not accept a deposit until you have booked your wedding date with either the Registrar or the Church. You need to make sure that this is booked prior to booking your venue to avoid disappointment.
We require full payment one month prior to the wedding reception, with final numbers being submitted 14 days prior to the wedding day.
We are open to the public 7 days a week so you are always welcome to come along and enjoy the venue. We serve bar snack and drinks for the entire time we are open.
However, if you would like to speak to a member of the events team regarding an accompanied show around the venue, a potential booking or regarding your booking, then prior arrangement is recommended.
Once your function has finished, leave us to do all the clearing up, any gifts or decorations can be collected the next day.
