We have a brilliant lineup of special events planned throughout the year. They are open to all and make a fun celebration or night out for friends and family.

Private occasions
We have two rooms to hire, both overlooking our tranquil 150-acre parkland setting. The rooms are private and comfortable, and you can make special arrangements for food or entertainment with our events team on 01473 652761.
The Orchard Room seats up to 50 guests for a private lunch, dinner or afternoon tea party. The Cedar Suite is ideal for larger celebrations or occasions, holding up to 100 guests. You can open up both rooms if you wish to add music and dancing.

You can book out our Orchard Room, Cedar Suite or both for a corporate event.

Christmas at Hintlesham
Why not join us for a delicious Christmas dinner at Hintlesham Golf Club? Tuck into a roast turkey and all the trimmings (vegetarian options available) and polish it off with fine wines and a selection of tasty, well-kept beers.
The clubhouse is a lovely venue for your Christmas celebrations, with a cosy interior overlooking the golf course and parkland. If there is snow on the ground, it looks magical!
